These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the Somewhats Marketing Dashboard (the "Service") provided by Somewhats ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Service is an internal advertising reporting and creative performance analysis tool. It retrieves data from authorized advertising accounts via official platform APIs and generates performance reports for internal use by authorized team members.
The Service may only be used to access advertising accounts that have been explicitly authorized through official platform authorization processes. Users must not attempt to access unauthorized accounts or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Authorized users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities performed under their account. Users must not share credentials or attempt to circumvent access controls.
The Service, including its design, code, content, and branding, is the property of Somewhats. Advertising data displayed in the Service belongs to the respective account owners and is used only for authorized reporting and analysis.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Somewhats is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Advertising data accuracy depends on the source platforms and is not guaranteed by Somewhats.
The Service complies with the developer terms and policies of all integrated advertising platforms, including TikTok for Business API. We do not misuse API access, exceed authorized scopes, or violate platform policies.
We reserve the right to revoke access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms. Account authorization may be revoked at any time by the account owner through the respective platform's authorization management.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
