The Service processes advertising performance data retrieved from authorized advertising accounts, including but not limited to:

• Campaign, ad group, ad, and creative identifiers and names
• Performance metrics such as spend, impressions, clicks, CTR, conversions, CPA, and related data
• Account information necessary to access authorized advertising data

2. Authorization and Access

We only access advertising accounts that have explicitly authorized our application through official platform authorization processes (e.g., TikTok OAuth). We do not access, store, or process data from unauthorized accounts.

3. Data Usage

Advertising data retrieved through the Service is used exclusively for:

• Internal performance reporting and daily campaign analysis
• Creative performance evaluation and optimization
• Campaign monitoring and decision-making by authorized internal team members

We do not use the data for any purpose unrelated to internal advertising analysis.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or transfer advertising data to any third party. Data is not shared externally except where required by law or where explicitly authorized by the account owner. Access to the Service is restricted to authorized internal team members.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect advertising data, including access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and restricted internal access. Only authorized team members with a legitimate need can access the data.

6. Third-Party APIs

The Service integrates with advertising platform APIs (such as TikTok for Business API) to retrieve data from authorized accounts. Our use of API data complies with the applicable platform's terms and developer policies. We do not store OAuth credentials in plaintext or expose them to unauthorized parties.

7. Data Retention

Advertising data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill internal reporting and analysis purposes. Account authorization tokens are maintained only for the duration of active authorization and are removed upon revocation.
